This compact antenatal course provides you with a comprehensive overview of everything you need to know about childbirth and the postnatal period. You will learn how childbirth takes place and gain knowledge about birthing positions, relaxation techniques and pain relief. Through a mix of theory and practical exercises, you’ll learn as a couple how you can actively support the birth of your baby. The course also focuses on the early days as a family: postnatal recovery, starting to breastfeed, caring for and handling your baby.
